Behaviour Analyst/Owner

For more than 18 years, Ashley Winter has been supporting children with exceptionalities in the Barrie area. She has a Master of Arts with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is a Registered Behaviour Analysts in supervised practice. 

Ashley has worked in clinical settings, in schools, and within the homes of the clients she works with. Ashley has experience with early intervention as well as working with young teens. She is passionate about co-creating program plans that recognize each individual’s unique skills, life experiences, and goals. She is dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their full potential and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she works with. 

When she is not working, Ashley is busy trying to keep up with her own energetic children, two dogs, and husband, while finding time to read a good book and garden.

Clinician-in-Charge

Our Clinician-in-charge is Catherine Brunner, PME, BCBA, RBA (Ont). She has extensive clinical experience delivering evidence-based ABA services.
